Outside Sales Representative / Project Manager
Strong earning potential for the right person.
We are looking for driven professionals who like building relationships, solving real problems for homeowners, and owning a project from the first inspection through completion. This role blends sales, project management, customer service, and relationship building into one position.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct residential and commercial exterior inspections.
- Walk homeowners through their options for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors in plain language.
- Manage the customer relationship through the full life of the project.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and build your own through networking and referrals.
- Keep accurate records in our CRM.
- Work alongside our operations, production, and quality teams.
- Represent Hometown well in the community.

Office Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator
Be the voice of Hometown.
We are looking for an organized, customer-focused professional who likes helping people and keeping the day running smoothly. This role is the connection point between our customers, our sales team, our production team, and our vendors. Depending on experience and skill set, it can be structured as part-time, full-time, or a hybrid office/remote arrangement. Candidates with bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience may take on expanded responsibilities and pay.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls with a helpful, professional tone.
- Schedule appointments and keep communication moving between teams.
- Enter leads and customer information into our CRM.
- Help with permits, warranties, and project documentation.
- Support the management and production teams.
- Organize project records, files, and vendor and subcontractor paperwork.
- Handle general office administration.
What we look for:
- Excellent communication skills and real attention to detail.
- A positive, professional attitude and comfort with technology.
- Microsoft Office experience; QuickBooks experience strongly preferred.
Field Repair Technician
Solve problems. Protect the quality of the work.
We are looking for a skilled repair technician to support our production department and help hold the standard our customers count on. This role reports to our Construction & Production Manager and is an important part of how we deliver quality and service in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Perform roof, siding, gutter, and exterior repairs.
- Complete punch-list and warranty items.
- Troubleshoot issues in the field.
- Assist with inspections and quality control.
- Document repairs with photos and clear notes.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Help maintain company equipment and materials.
What we look for:
- Roofing or exterior construction experience.
- Strong problem-solving ability; self-sufficient and dependable.
- A customer-focused mindset and a clean driving record.
